Yep, we did it again.  Five years of constant DIY, going from one project to another, and six months without a kitchen wasn't enough to scare us away from doing it all over again.

We moved to a new location and this time around location, location, location, was at the top of our must-have list.  Despite swearing off doing another DIY, our must-have list and unrealistic budget pushed us towards another older home.
